Estimator - Refurb and D&B: Job Details
An Estimator with D&B experience in the £5-£15m build value bracket, particularly in Refurb, Education and Care Homes, is required to join a the West Midlands office of a national contractor. Reporting to the Estimating Manager and using the Conquest software system, the Estimator will liaise with the Bid Manager and Pre-Construction Manager to generate high quality bids for major projects. He or she should have main contracting experience and be comfortable dealing with clients and making presentations on bids and schemes. This role would best suit someone with a stable and balanced career profile.
